==== How to Apply a Mask a Folder Mask ====
To shape a folder thumbnail using a mask:
- Enable Edit Mode and open the folder.
- Tap the **Edit icon** (pencil) in the top menu bar.
- Scroll down to the **Thumbnail Icon Style** section.
- Tap on **Mask**.
- Select one of the following for a shape:
^ Option ^ Description ^
| **Reset** | Removes any existing mask, returning the thumbnail to its default square boundaries. |
| **Shape** | Choose a built-in geometric shape to define the border:
• **Rectangle**
• **Round Rectangle:** Use the gear icon to adjust the **corner radius** (0-306).
• **Oval:** Creates a circular mask.
• **Arc:** Creates a partial circle. The **Start angle** (rotation) and **Sweep angle** (how much of the circle is filled) can be adjusted. |
| **Image** | Select a custom image from the launcher's image resources or //add// images to the resource (see [[:section:section-folder-masks|Folder - Masks]] to use with a mask. The thumbnail content will only be visible where the mask image is opaque.) |
